An interior design studio based in the Algarve. Sofia Sardo had two distinct sides, the interior design atelier and Studio Sardo, a home goods e-commerce line, running as separate identities with no visual coherence between them. The brand didn't reflect the premium positioning the interiors business had already earned, and the e-commerce wasn't performing.
Before redesigning anything, I proposed unifying both brands into a single visual system. Duality became the central concept: a logo with two typefaces in balance, each representing one side. The website was built with a split-screen that navigates between both worlds, saving resources for the client while creating a cohesive experience. The typographic system, palette and micrographics ensure flexibility without losing identity.
Studio Sardo, previously underused, gained its own presence within a shared system. The brand started communicating with the consistency and care the business always had. The e-commerce was resolved with a more premium experience that reflects the parent brand's standing and speaks directly to the right audience.
